What’s Our Raid Structure Like?

I read THIS article on WoW Insider last week, and really made me think about how our guild is just starting to raid. (Like Kara.) I think we’re pretty structured, but mostly out of necessity. A lot of us have schedules that, for one reason or another, make it a bit more challenging to make sure a raid happens at a specific time. I know for me personally, it would be hard for me to just jump into the game and be asked to join a Kara raid. So, you’ve just entered Strangle Thorn Valley! You make your way down the road to Booty Bay. You pick up tons of quests, but have no idea where to go or what to do.
