The following are the official ECC loot rules (5-Man Instances) for the guild. These rules shall be in effect on all guild runs. Please direct any questions to an officer.

NOTE: The links you see on this page direct to pages on WoWWiki, which can help you if you are unfamiliar with certain terms.

The loot setting will be set by the group leader as “Group Loot.”

Bind On Pickup Item Rules

  • All members of the groups will pass on all items designated as Bind on Pickup (BoP).
  • All plans, recipes, formulas, patterns, etc, will qualify under the BoP item rules. (If the items are unusable by all, donating them to the Guild Bank is recommended.)
  • Group leader will ask for members interested in a BoP item to roll 1 to 100 with the highest roll winning the item.
  • Group leader may prevent a member from rolling on a BoP item if the item is grossly inappropriate for the member’s class. (example, warrior rolling on healer cloth)
  • If no member wants the BoP item, it is to be disenchanted, and the material will be rolled on.
  • If no one on the run can disenchant, the BoP item will be rolled on by all members for vendoring.

Bind On Equip Rules

  • All members of the group may Greed roll for all Bind on Equip (BoE) items.
  • If a BoE drop is an upgrade for a member, they may roll need as long as it is discussed with the group first.

Disputes
Any and all loot arguments or discussion is to be decided equally among the group. Should a decision not be reached on any disagreement, ECC Officers may be contacted for a decision. Their judgment is final.

Special Arrangements

There may be times when a member is leading an instance for a specific item, or has special rules of their own. This is fine, so long as all group members, including those not of the guild, are notified of this, and fully understand how the looting will work.
