So, yes, patch 2.4.3 is going live today! The full patch notes can be seen HERE at MMO-Champion but a, thankfully, more-brief review can be seen HERE on WOW Insider. The biggest change is of course the cost and level requirements for mounts. You can now get a mount at level 30, and the cost to train has been reduced to a paltry 35 gold. Do you think Blizzard hasn’t gone far enough to help leveling characters 1-60, or not far enough? For someone who has multiple alts, I can honestly say that I’m fairly happy with the current situation. For my shaman, I’m almost at level 40. Questing with her has been an absolute pleasure, and it’s gone pretty quickly when I buckle-down and quest like the server’s going down tomorrow. Could it be faster? Sure! So yesterday I talked about a guild for farming gold. (And, I can attest that one of the areas I tried did net me about 250 gold in total in an hour.) Of course, with the extra money I’ll be making, what to do with it? Kibibi has her epic flying mount now. I have my budding shammy that I could always power-level her professions or twink-out. But I have also been considering upgrading her bags. And, it just so happens that in the next patch, there will be a new, purchasable, huge 22-slot bag! But erm… is that bag Prada?
